THE TOUCH TONIC
~ Nourishing touch for body and soul ~
COULD YOU USE
Just a few of the benefits of touch:
REDUCE depression, anxiety, chronic pain, stress, and blood pressure.
IMPROVE self-esteem, confidence, mood, and immune system function.
RELEASE Oxytocin, the "feel good" hormone associated with empathy, trust, and relationship-building.
WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?
We'll begin our in-person session by going over the Code of Conduct and Client Release and Waiver Agreement documents to answer any questions you may have.
Next, I will provide some instructions on establishing mutual consent and setting personal boundaries. You'll get a chance to practice speaking up - asking for what you DO want and saying NO to what you don't want, with some facilitated exercises. Providing education on consent and boundaries is the essential key to creating an environment of mutual safety and trust.
Once you are empowered with the tools to speak up and create the experience you want, it's time to have FUN and explore! How would you like your session to look? It's totally up to YOU!
Do you want to sit side by side and hold hands? Or jump right into a cozy spoon? Or we don't have to touch at all - we could do some eye gazing and chat. The content is YOURS and we travel at the pace that feels most comfortable to you.

Client Testimonial - August, 2021
“I really, really enjoyed and needed our session. I think I closed off my need for touch over the last year. I slept better last night! I woke up feeling energized! My cravings for chocolate have been reduced. Good medicine, this conscious touch thing.”
I also offer in-person GROUP CUDDLE events, as well as VIRTUAL GROUP CONNECTION events. Sign up to stay in the loop! (Rest assured - your contact info will ONLY be used for Touch Tonic announcements.)
